Her career includes professional roles as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Avison Young and an Appraisal Review Analyst at Solidifi, alongside foundational valuation positions as a Collateral Appraiser for major financial corporations overseas.

Kerianne directs the end-to-end implementation of firm-wide operational initiatives and delivery frameworks at CHS Realty Advisors. Functioning as our core Project Lead, she applies highly structured control models to maximize resource allocation, enforce strict risk mitigation, and guarantee that client deliverables consistently surpass institutional standards. Drawing on her deep administrative background within the executive financial services sector, Kerianne successfully bridges the gap between high-level strategic intent and timeline precision across our cross-functional teams.

Jolanta possesses over 5 years of experience in real estate valuation, lending analysis, and advisory services across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas. Pursuing her AACI licensing through the UBC Sauder School of Business, she blends extensive appraisal knowledge with a multi-disciplinary corporate background — holding a Commercial Lending and Loans Administration Certificate, alongside historical credentials as an OREA Real Estate Sales Representative and a corporate Law Clerk. Having held a valid real estate realtor license since 2005, he commands an intimate, on-the-ground understanding of neighbourhood parameters, historic pricing trends, and regional property value shifts. He handles traditional real estate service deliverables for a wide range of clients. 

Lorne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University and brings a highly technical financial overview to his valuations, backed by previous experience as a licensed FSRA/CMBA Mortgage Broker. Maintaining deep professional roots across Niagara, his broad valuation background spans residential sales tracking, vacant land parcels, agricultural zoning matrices, and urban multi-residential investment structures. Tatyana leverages more than 17 years of deep, multifaceted experience within the Canadian real estate industry. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine, she utilizes her experience to execute complex asset reviews across the GTA. Her comprehensive valuation portfolio spans standalone retail plazas, commercial office units, complex industrial spaces, and mixed-use development assemblies.
